1 1/2 pounds of Your mate
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, quartered and sliced thinly
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon ground marjoram
PREPARATION:
Cut Your friend into 5 serving-size pieces then pound with pointed side of meat mallet to tenderize slightly. Heat oil over medium heat.Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Brown in oil until browned.
