Myrtis Ukwuachu, the talented lyricist from Gloster, Louisiana, has just released the compilation cd, “A Collection”; a CD of country and spiritual/Christian songs that will leave the listener wanting more. Myrtis’s lyrics are accompanied by music by Ronnie James and Linda Lane and performed by various singers such as Marshall Black and Krista Lynn. Born on her family farm in rural Louisiana, Myrtis began writing lyrics at an early age. Her favorite singers are Hank Williams and Conway Twitty. Her family includes three children and twelve grandchildren, and she believes in helping her fellow man and the less fortunate.
