The countdown to the REIA of Macomb's inaugural meeting is less than a week away.
From Michigan to California, news of this groundbreaking new real estate and investing club is steadily becoming more and more widespread. The founders of the REIA of Macomb, Nathan Mayes and Dylan Tanaka have made it their mission to provide Macomb County with the premiere REIA in all of southeastern Michigan, and by the looks and sounds of it, they are succeeding. Slated for this month's seminar is Wendy Patton, a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of lease-options. Details are unavailable on any speaker past this month, but Mr. Tanaka and Mr. Mayes promise that the member base [which is already growing at an unbelievable pace] will not be disappointed.
The Macomb REIA also provides a relaxed but professional networking atmosphere, with some of the biggest real estate investors in southeast Michigan and beyond. Investors, contractors, brokers, and agents from all around Michigan are clamoring to be a part of this grassroots movement to streamline real estate in the area. With support from several other well-known and well-established men and women in real estate circles from all around Michigan, this group promises to be exactly what it claims, "Southeastern Michigan's Premiere Real Estate Investing Club".
Their first meeting is on January 25th, 2007, at the Best Western Georgian Inn in Roseville, Michigan. The meeting format is as follows:
6:00 - 7:00: Extreme Networking - An hour of personal networking and greeting will be allowed before the actual meeting begins.
7:00 - 7:30: Kickoff - We will introduce our speaker, and get acquainted with our new members.
7:30 - 9:00: Wendy Patton's "Unlocking the Secrets of Lease-Options"
