FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan 13, 2007 -
Wyoming, MI 1/13/2007-Robert Dewey, President of Pegasus Ventures Michigan said, "Earlier today about 2:00 PM , I was made aware that the helpgiovanniguglielmo.org website was no longer operating after visiting the site."

"I did contact Microsoft Corporation, the company whose servers hosts the website and reported the site for abuse which I believe violates their agreement with Mr. Guglielmo. Most companies who host websites, ours included, require users not misuse copyrights, harrass people, violate privacy laws or company privacy policies on websites created by their clients."

Dewey went on to say, "After an email conversation with Mr. Guglielmo it was clear he had no intention of removing my telephone number, email and company name from his website. Further more he misrepresented my position suggesting I am against his son. I even emailed Mr. Guglielmo the portions of the Microsoft agreement I felt he was violating not only with respect to me, but with respect to other businesses."

Dewey also said, "I have not heard from Microsoft about any action they have taken or intend to take. It is entirely possible from the visits Mr. Guglielmo reports on the site that he has exceeded his bandwidth for the month and the site has crashed as a result. So it is not clear the site was shut down and I have no information suggesting it was shut down as a result of my complaint. I certainly hope Microsoft would contact Mr. Guglielmo and give him the oppportity to remove the content that is contrary to his agreement with Microsoft."

Mr. Dewey ended by saying, "We believe everyone should get tested for the registry to see if they are a match. The point I unsuccessfully attempted to drive home to Mr. Guglielmo is that he needs every person he can get. He needs 100% participation from every visitor to his site and even that may not be enough. I have no doubt his battles and boycotts have caused people to leave the site. If I could stand in front of this man and beg him for his son's sake to stop the negatives I would surely do it. This about a precious human life and we need every single person we can find to get registered. Michael cannot afford to alientate someone to his cause because he fighting other battles, there is time for that when his son is well."
