Due to software limitations, all credit card orders were processed immediately, upon placement of the order. During the first week of January, 2007, their web developers made additional software upgrades and now credit cards will not be charged until shipment of product occurs. Customer service at www.gpscrazy.com remains the #1 priority and customer feedback truly is taken into consideration. Additional upgrades include: GPS Crazy now accepts American Express and Discover for all GPS orders. GPS Crazy is a fully authorized dealer for Garmin, Magellan and Lowrance products.
Additional news includes the completion of contracts with TomTom, Inc. Upon completion of the 2006 holiday season, GPS Crazy will no longer carry TomTom products. This decision is due to consumer pricing policies, in which GPS Crazy and TomTom cannot reach agreement. GPS Crazy continues to reserve the right to price customers fairly and will not be forced into pricing that is not reasonable for our customers.
