Skepticism was an appetizer but by the main course Hill had everyone’s undivided attention. Most people come to an etiquette seminar expecting some stuffy, boring lady to remind them not to talk with food in their mouth or put their elbows on the table. Hill’s presentations are different.

“Etiquette is a tool used to open doors in all cultures”, remarked Marci Kilpatrick, mother of five and owner of Orderly Quarters located in Chapel Hill. “Knowledge doesn’t guarantee the doors will open but those same doors remain closed for anyone lacking this skill set”.
