AQUA-tools is excited to bring sales and support expertise for LuminUltra’s products to the other side of the Atlantic Ocean! The CEO of AQUA-tools, Mr. Marc Raymond, brings many years of experience in the microbiological monitoring and control field to the marketing, sales, and support of LuminUltra’s Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) based test kits. AQUA-tools will service all applications in these regions, including cooling water, industrial process water, sanitary wastewater, and biological wastewater treatment.
LuminUltra’s ATP test kits represent a revolutionary advancement in the ability to quickly and accurately measure total microbiological activity in any water or wastewater sample. Using this unique technology, results of microbiological tests are available within minutes instead of days. AQUA-tools specializes in the sale of microbiological monitoring techniques and the development and service of microbiological control programs. The company was formed by Marc Raymond, who has many years of experience in microbiological monitoring techniques and control programs for water applications, focusing mainly on sanitary water & cooling tower water applications. During 8 years at Becton Dickinson, Mr. Raymond served in many capacities, including National Sales Manager for France in the flow cytometry division. He then served as Sales & Marketing Manager for GeneSystems, a company specializing in real-time PCR technology for food and water bacteria detection. Most recently, he was the International Group Product Manager for Water, GMO & Environmental Quality Controls division of Bio-Rad. Among his duties in this capacity was to take the lead on the use of the real-time PCR techniques to detect and prevent Legionella outbreaks in cooling tower and sanitary water.
