Microsoft Features Bayshore Solutions in a Case Study

The case study details HR-ease's (www.hr-ease.com) transition from Linux-based servers to Bayshore Solutions' fully functional Windows-based environment.

HR-ease, a small human resources and benefits management company based in Tampa, Florida, was operating on vulnerable and unreliable Linux servers. When HR-ease's customers began to have substantial security issues, the company realized a drastic change was necessary to retain clients.

Bayshore Solutions provided HR-ease with several Windows applications, including Microsoft Operations Manager, Microsoft Software Update Services, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, to help facilitate the company's supportive structure for its customers. By implementing Microsoft's Best Practices, Bayshore Solutions has been able to reduce downtime by 95 percent, increase customer responsiveness, augment HR-ease's revenues by 250 percent, and secure a dependable system to manage the company's applications.
