The company specializes in upscale design and remodeling of kitchens and additions for North Georgia homes. The new company is named Luxury Kitchens and Appliances (LKA.) and is at located in Woodstock, Georgia, on the Cobb and Cherokee county border.
Home Partners has been in the property management industry for over 20 years and has been serving clients nationwide with a variety of technology products ranging from resident screening tools and information to community websites and resident portals. The company also operates a number of service industry companies, such as AtlantaApplianceRepair.com, in several cities through out the Southeast.

The showroom offers consumers, builders, designers and contractors a relaxed place to plan and execute kitchen design. The showroom allows patrons the ability to actually get a good feel for appliances, cabinets, countertops (granite, quartz, etc.) and the other elements of their vision.
LKA has partnered with a variety cabinet makers like Show Place, Starmark Cabinetry, Wellborn, and Kraftmaid. Appliances represented include companies like Viking Appliances, Fisher Pakel, Marvel, Northland, GE, U-line, AGA, Heartland, DSC and Cambria. LKA and is positioned to offer upscale products and services in this fast growing area.
Although, the official opening of the showroom is not slated until March 2007, LKA has experience an unexpected surge in business from builders and consumers hungry for this kind of service in the community. Management believes that the traffic is driven by word of mouth and referrals from people in the community eager for a better product. “If this is any indication of what will happen when we officially open to the public, then we better hire more floor staff.” said Lemal.
