WCM Capital Limited today announced that it had changed its name to Tomahawk Media Pty Limited.
Tomahawk Media is an emerging publisher of Australian business magazines including Wealth Creator, Generations and the newly launched Melbourne Investor. Additionally, the Company produces a series of seminars aimed at developing the skills of small to medium business owners.
Davin Miller, CEO of Tomahawk Media, stated on the name change that " it is the right time to move the name of our business from a holding company to that of a multi faceted media house. Our ambition for 2007 is to continue to grow our existing stable of titles.”
Nicholas Assef, Chairman of Tomahawk Media and Managing Director of boutique investment bank Lincoln Crowne & Company, noted that “ Tomahawk Media has developed aggressively over the last twelve months to add on additional products and titles. We anticipate 2007 to be a strong year for the Company and will additionally be looking to make strategic acquisitions of other media assets”.
