The Golden Tulip Amsterdam-Vinkeveen was built in 1977 and underwent renovations in 1998. The hotel was recently acquired by Real Estate owners M. Caransa B.V., whereas the management resides with Hotel operator European Hotel Management.
Future plans for the hotel is to create a 130 all-suite hotel, with a state of the art Conference and Meeting Centre, as well as a superb restaurant, bar & lounge facilities. Next to hotel a brand new leisure centre will be built.

The remodeling and renovations will be executed over the next couple of years and will be completed in 2010.
