Asone Clothing launches its artistically inspired clothing company with “The Premiere Edition”. A collection of 6 limited edition, hand numbered t-shirts with 5% of the profit being donated to humanitarian aid organization, SurfAid International. All 6 are available online at www.asoneclothing.com.
Armed with the idea that one can use their artistic ability to develop personally and open the eyes of others to bring about change, the company’s creator began searching for an outlet. Clothing is something that has become very closely related to ones personal expression and therefore seemed like a perfect fit. Hoping to spread their message to a variety of people throughout the world, asone Clothing was born. Wanting not only to send the message but also to act on it, donating $1 for every t-shirt sold directly to SurfAid International was the obvious step. SurfAid International continues to set the example for what it means to provide aid and increase world awareness through their variety of community-based health projects. The creative attitude carries over into all aspects of the company from the choice of the garment to the packaging. Each limited edition design, drawing inspiration from nature, personal exploration and individualism, is carefully screenprinted on the artist’s shirt of choice. All t-shirts are then hand numbered with acrylics and mailed in a custom packaging tube, “as if you were receiving a print from your favorite artist”. Included will be a hand numbered “ticket” stamped with the date of purchase, a sticker and the knowledge that your purchase has helped to make a difference.
In the future they plan to offer a limited number of hand painted items, continue to develop their relationship with SurfAid International, as well extend the helping hand to other organizations through the release of their limited edition t-shirts.
