MEPatWORK Hires Director of Customer Fulfillment

McNeley will be leading the development for the company’s new Customer Fulfillment division, which includes customer care, customer loyalty and customer retention. He has been charged with developing a customer service team to meet the ongoing needs of MEPatWORK’s expanding customer base.

Mr. McNeley brings more than 15 years of experience in operations and management and is committed to developing process improvements and quality customer service initiatives for MEPatWORK. As the Director of Customer Fulfillment, Mr. McNeley will also oversee operations for one of MEPatWORK’s flagship products, Final5. The Final5 service includes the sourcing, interviewing and pre-screening of qualified candidates. Five finalists are passed on to the client company for the final interview process. “The Final5 service saves the client valuable time and resources. They appreciate that all the preliminary work in the recruitment process is done for them,” said McNeley.

In previous management roles, Mr. McNeley has led many successful operational, process improvement and business development efforts using Six Sigma as a guide. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he has participated in and sponsored a variety of projects, using the DMAIC toolbox and driving LEAN principles.
