Direct Opinions is a business survey firm located in Beachwood, Ohio that provides market research, lead prequalification and customer satisfaction surveys to companies across the U.S. and Canada.
Siferd brings to Direct Opinions 7 years of marketing and advertising experience. Prior to joining Direct Opinions, he held positions ranging from Creative Design, and Sales to Director of Advertising. His strong agency background combined with auto industry experience makes his skill set an excellent fit for Direct Opinions’ automotive division. This division specializes in conducting customer satisfaction surveys for auto dealers, tire centers, car care centers and the RV industry.
Siferd’s creative background adds a unique approach to sales and marketing that will compliment Direct Opinions and their partners. Scott has a thorough understanding of the auto industry and the importance of customer satisfaction and follow-up programs that help build a brand and a dealership.
