Arthur D. Little is a global corporate advisor in strategy and operations management, serving major corporations and organizations worldwide. With offices in major cities worldwide, its website receives over 24,700 visitors per month from companies operating in a range of industries across the globe. The web site contains extensive company information, including its full range of services, global events, case studies and industry reports. Each section of the web site is industry specific. The high volume of information, coupled with country specific requirements, means that there have been problems with navigation, usability and accessibility.
CADinteractive will be using its expertise in usability, accessibility and information architecture to drive a redevelopment programme for the global web site. It will be undertaking a series of global usability reviews, to understand the issues faced by current site users. During these CAD will also be developing the functional design for the website, working with the design team to implement changes that will directly resolve the current problems.
