Chief Murry Smith and Chris Roberts, V.P. of MasterGuard presented the prestigious American Rescuer Award to Dell Marstiller on November 10, 2006 at the TERCUSA National Extrication Competition Closing Ceremonies. Over 500 firefighters were in attendance. Along with the teams who competed, Jim McMullen, Retired California State Fire Marshal and current Chair of the Presidential Advisory Committee to the NFPA applauded the efforts of the event.
