Local Businessman Wins Membership Drive Trip

Jason Knupfer, of Gilbert-Krupin, recently was sent on an all-expenses paid trip to Long Beach, CA and joined over 200 others on a Carnival Cruise to Ensenada, Mexico, courtesy of BNI (Business Network Int'l.) as the result of winning last year's membership drive for the organization. Knupfer is a member of the Referral Syndicate chapter of BNI, a business referral organization which allows one person per profession in each chapter. The focus of each chapter's weekly meetings is to generate more business for each other through referrals that are exchange between the members each week.

"The purpose of the membership extravaganza, as we call our membership drive, is to increase the number of networkers in each chapter in the Greater Los Angeles region," says Cys Bronner, BNI Regional Director. "Each time a member sponsored in a new member, they had an opportunity to win the trip," he/she continues.
