All the hoopla centers around a well financed super group of award winning executive chefs (Gourmogals)
who reportedly teamed up with an extremely wealthy and young A-list celebrity and her high powered Hollywood handlers of agent, manager, publicist and lawyer. The A-list celebrity was so into the restaurant opening, that she took private cooking classes and learned her families’ recipes from her grandmother. She also wanted to be close to her boyfriend whose family owns a chunk of the strip. Since they broke up, remaining friends was thought to not be enough to place roots in Las Vegas. Because of her partying and drinking problems, she wanted to be known as a restaurateur rather than a bar owner. The restaurant is to have an industry crowd of club and casino workers, and the billionaires who own them. Unlike any other establishment of its kind, it will mirror the hours of club goers and after hour establishments by opening at 6pm and closing at noon every day of the week.
Gourmogals is a Vegas based company that develops restaurants and nightspots that cater to the trend setting, late night and after-hours clientele.
Hobo’s and Gypsy’s 3111 West Tropicana Road. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 6:00pm until Noon.
