EchoTaps Worldwide is a cooperative effort of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Bugles Across America to increase awareness of VA programs and the availability of volunteer buglers to render live “Taps” at the funerals of Veterans.
The Military Salute Project in Woodbury, MN is representing Bugles Across America to coordinate the event at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis on Armed Forces Day, Saturday May 19, 2007. The program will include patriotic music, a Parade of Colors, a Rifle Squad Salute, and a Cascade of “Taps” performed by bagpipers and horn players.
