It was quickly followed up with stories on the $1,050-per-shot Chivas Regal Royal Salute at PRIME Steakhouse, the $2,250 Kir Royale drink at the now defunct Teatro, several high priced tequilas residing at Diego (MGM Grand) and the $5,000 Fleurburger 5000 at Fleur de Lys, among others. Last week, our old mate, Robin Leach, picked up our story about Bling H20, the new high-priced bottled water (thanks for the love Robin!) which has started popping up in high-end bars across the city, including a few watering holes at The Mirage. This week’s addition to the luxe list might just be the city’s highest priced starchy side item, a baked potato served at FiAMMA (MGM Grand) that rocks the registers to the tune of $70 per order.”
