Grand Rapids, MI, - Verius Sports, a Grand Rapids based Sports Marketing and Event Management firm, is pleased to announce its selection as the lead property representative for the Texas versus the Nation All-Star Game. Verius is primarily responsible for selling sponsorship interests in the game and will secondarily serve a one of the Game’s promoters.

About the Game
Texas vs. the Nation, a collegiate Division I senior all-star football game, will be played in El Paso, Texas on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 7 p.m. MST at the Sun Bowl Stadium. The game is the first of its kind matching top collegiate players with ties to the state of Texas against top collegiate players from around the nation. UTEP Head Coach Mike Price has agreed to coach the Texas side. The “Nation” team will be coached by former NFL head coach and 1985 Super Bowl winner Buddy Ryan. The game will be nationally televised on CSTV and broadcast on radio.
