The Standby Wizard is a GUI-based intelligent disaster-recovery tool that automates the creation, maintenance and fail-over functions of Oracle’s standby database paradigm. With the Standby Wizard you can create an unlimited number of duplicate databases from your production database.
The Standby Wizard for Oracle is designed to offer an alternative to Oracle’s Data Guard Technology and Asolutions’ Dbvist.
