MEDIA ALERT – Eric Wiltsher explores a new initiative offering free on-line training to underprivileged kids in S.A.

Eric’s guest will be Myra Smallman from Skillstrain Project Africa.
Skillstrain Project Africa claims, “The Live Internet training environment operates just like a conventional class, except over the internet”.
The scheme enables teachers to work with youngsters and even though they may be thousands of mile away the teachers can still use white-boards to help coach and explain things to the class. Initially the project is only open to schools in South Africa.
