DMN acquires Mivan's rigging and microwave services division, UA Comms

New team will add wide range of excellent services to DMN portfolio

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep 29, 2006 -
Swindon, UK, 27 September 2006 - Leading provider of communications network
engineering and support services to the global telecoms sector, DMN Ltd, is
pleased to announce the acquisition of UA Comms, the Rigging and Microwave
Services Division of Mivan Ltd. The deal was completed earlier this month.

The UA Comms team will bring many new services to DMN, including: site
surveys, installation and commissioning of antenna systems and microwave
links, system upgrades, tower erecting, and antenna system optimisation.
Each of these will enhance and add to the DMN service portfolio. UA Comms
staff members are trained and competent in tower climbing, RF awareness,
rooftop access, rope access and hold other important safety qualifications,
such as tower rescue and first aid certification. Individuals have specific
training relating to the customer equipment, products and systems on which
they work.

Steve Morgan, Head of UA Comms, commented, "UA Comms has been providing
rigging and microwave services to the telecommunications and broadcast
industries for over 30 years and we are extremely pleased that we now have a
real opportunity to add value to, and move forward with DMN, who have also
been in the telecoms market for many years."

Alan McCready of Mivan Ltd, explained that the company had acquired UA Comms
in 2005 as part of its acquisition of Medlock Communications Ltd. However,
following changes in the industry earlier this year, Mivan decided to focus
on its core construction business. McCready stated that, "Mivan was keen to
ensure that UA Comms would not simply be subsumed by a competitor, but that
their true value as a whole could be fully utilised as an extension to the
business of a potential acquirer. We are sure that we have found this with
DMN, and we are delighted that UA Comms will now have an opportunity to move
forward as an important area of development for DMN."

Steve Vaughan, Managing Director of DMN, said, "This acquisition not only
extends the range of services we offer, but also permits us to reduce costs
for our customers where an holistic service is provided.

"We are now finding that it is this 'hands-off', or 'fully managed' service,
which customers increasingly demand. We understand this requirement and our
ability to manage the entire service to our customers provides an improved
chance for project success. A more profitable business for all is the
result, and UA Comms gives us further opportunities to achieve this. We are
delighted to have them as part of our growing team," Vaughan concluded.
