Join Rozanne Gold for Her Children’s Cookbook Release

Chef Gayle Gaggero is please to announce that Kids Culinary Adventures will be hosting a celebrity chef class featuring renowned chef and author Rozanne Gold as she releases her latest book Kids Cook 1-2-3: Fabulous Recipes for Young Chefs. Books Inc. is co-hosting this event through out their nine stores sprinkled around the bay area.

As everything from a New York mayor’s first chef to a screen-play writer Ms. Gold has touched America. Her unique flair has helped her to create several prized restaurants and inspired thousands in the art of cooking. With nine books and a number of coveted awards under her apron Kids Culinary Adventures is thrilled to sponsor her latest release.

“Rozanne’s newest book walks hand-in-hand with our goals at Kids Culinary Adventures.” Gaggero continues, “It encourages children to take an active role in meal planning and preparation which is vital to ensuring they become healthy consumers. The class will take place on October 14th, 2006 and will be a one hour in-the-kitchen-cooking-experience where Chef Gold will be teaching a lesson taken from her latest book. Children ages 7 to 14 are invited to attend (accompanied by a responsible adult) to learn how to prepare meals the entire family will enjoy. Included in the $45 registration fee is an autographed copy of Rozanne Gold’s book as well as tons of hands on food and fun.

Classes will be held at the Sous Kitchen in San Carlos, CA. Space is limited so early registration is suggested.
