-Einbahn Studio this week launched it’s inaugural design competition, 10DollarDesign:
At Einbahn Studio, we believe that “Much of the world’s violence springs from cultural (religious, ethnic, racial or political) prejudice. Such prejudice is based on misperception, misinformation and a lack of understanding or tolerance.
We believe designers have the power to change perception.”
Participants are asked to submit a poster design addressing the issue of their choice. With their poster submissions, participants must also specify where their creation should be displayed to achieve maximum results.
10DollarDesign creates the opportunity for professional and amateur designers alike to be seen by an international audience. One best-in-show winner will receive a cash reward equal to 10% of the total entry fees received, while two runner-ups will receive 5%. All winners and the most impressive will be displayed on the Einbahn Studio website www.einbahn.com/

Entries will be accepted from September 11th until November 30th, 2006. There is a one-time entry fee of USD $10.00
