Urban Underground is the event brought to you by Urban Funk and designed to be the ultimate one day experience for anybody with a passion for dance, fitness and music.
Join the Urban Funk team & special guests as we take you on a journey through the genre of dance to both improve your moves and move your mind. The event is made up of a series of classes that will last approx 50 mins each and are scheduled back to back with breaks between each class and a specified lunch time.
The Presenters come from different backgrounds, possess differing techniques and styles and come to the stage with a wealth of experience. Our Urban Underground Team includes Presenters such as; Bianca Karel, Chris Roberts, Lincoln Bryden, celeb trainer Richard Callender (co-star of Jordan Workout DVD), Jo Parry, Zoe McNulty, Nikkie Riozzi, celeb trainer Elise Lindsay a(co-star of Coleen Mcloughlin workout DVD) and special guests from around the world specially selected to ensure an atmopshere second to none.

Generation Health club in Romford, Essex on December 3rd 2006.
Within the confines of the teaching area we will be hosting a small retail area where you can purchase clothing and merchandise from various companies and even take advantage of some Urban Funk clothing & merchandise which may be available on the day. Please be aware that purchases on the day must be made with either cash or cheque as we will be unable to take any debit/credit cards.
Many people ask the question about the type of person who usually goes to these fitness events and the simple answer to that is that the general blend is that of fitness professionals, dancers and class participants regardless of age,sex or ability. The Urban Underground events are designed for everybody hence why we do not rate classes as beginner, intermediate or advanced because we want you to join in and have fun without worrying if you can keep up.
