UK Accident Solicitors, David A. Tubby & Co. announced that its Senior Partner, David Tubby, retired on August 31st 2006.
In 1995, Mr Tubby founded the Ormskirk-based practice in Lancashire, which is one of the town's largest employers and one of the area's pre-eminent law firms, exclusively dedicated to personal injury claims and road traffic accidents.

Stephen Davies joined David A. Tubby & Co in 2000 and was made a Partner to David Tubby in 2001. Barbara Gribbin joined the firm in 2001 and became a Partner in 2004.
