Daniel Corby, founder and CEO of 118 trades adds extra incentives to create really driven sales team
118 trades, part of 118 Group which next month opens a new state of the art call centre in Chelmer Village, Chelmsford and creates 350 new jobs for the county town, has launched some new staff incentives to create real excitement and buzz at the firms call centres.
Speaking about the incentives, Daniel Corby said “we have created a first class sales team and incentives really do work. Yesterday, one of our top sales executives jetted off to Jamaica with his partner for a luxury 7 day holiday courtesy of 118 trades. And today, we have kicked off with the chance to win a long weekend in New York, for the member of the team which delivers true customer excellence and salesmanship over the coming month. Our business is experiencing rapid growth and the success of the business is not just down to Management. It is down to the product, the ‘buy in’ from staff and the incentives that we can offer our people to achieve success. 118 trades is the UK’s leading directory service of tradespeople and businesses with checkable references, and is now preparing to offer full national coverage across the UK. 118 Group now takes in interests including, Advertising, Directories, Media, Mobile, Publishing and Telecoms. The current workforce is spread over 3 locations, Chelmsford, Harlow and Asia and we expect to create around 500 jobs in the coming year as all of our businesses expand due to demand”
