Urbandale, IA – July 27, 2006 – Industry People Group announces that Josh Fleming is joining its team in a new position created within the company under the title of Vice President of Enterprise Solutions. This new position was created to support the increasing needs of IPG and the continual growth of its client base.
As Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, Mr. Fleming is dedicating his time to building business development efforts through strategic partnerships and cultivating professional relationships on a local, regional and national level. He is also charged with the responsibility for closing sales and growing revenue via IPG’s expanding product line.
Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Fleming developed business alliances and provided custom solutions for clients’ recruitment needs at Dice, Inc., the leading online job board for Information Technology (IT) professionals. It is this online recruitment experience that makes Mr. Fleming a real asset to IPG.

Prior to working in the online recruitment space, Mr. Fleming led creative staffs at The Integer Group where he focused on construction industry accounts and new business acquisition. His prior experience includes print advertising sales at a variety of companies including Gannett, Pulitzer and Tribune Publishing. Fleming graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in English.
