Mibis Solutions Ltd - a small company that specialises in web based software applications - is tripling its space at the Wright Business Centre, Queenslie to service new business in the telecommunications industry.
Mibis was one of the first companies to locate at the Wright Business Centre which was opened earlier this year by Gem Workspaces, a community enterprise that is driving new opportunities to the east end of the city.
Joe Hailey of Mibis hired the additional space at the fully serviced centre following new orders from telcos for the company's billing and fault management systems.
John Russell, Manager of the Wright Business Centre is delighted with the announcement. "Mibis is showing the kind of innovation and drive that we're very keen to attract here. By taking care of all the facilities management, we can leave small businesses time to concentraet on devloping new opportunities and winning business. That way, we can stimulate the local economy and attract additional jobs to the area."
Joe Hailey has been delighted with the accomodation available at the Wright Business Centre. "I've been able to use the meeting rooms and conference facilities here to hold workshops with teams of software engineers from India who help us develop our products. The fact that I have access to the Wright Business Centre 24/7 and have network facilities and rooms for training and meetings has been crucial."
Joe had sought premises in the City Centre for some time but hadn't found anything suitable. "When the Wright Business Centre opened, it was exactly what I had been looking for and it's proved ideal."
