TTNC awarded telecoms contract for 118trades and one of largest call centres in Essex
Daniel Corby, founder and ceo of 118trades, the fast growing internet business in Essex is preparing to open a 400 seat call centre in Chelmer Village, Chelmsford from late September 2006 and has awarded the telecoms contract to TTNC, who will handle upto 60,000 outbound calls a day for the 118 trades business.
Speaking about the announcement, Daniel Corby said “118 Group was founded in 2005 and now has interests in Advertising, Directories, Media, Mobile, Publishing and Telecoms. The 118 Group has worked with ttnc (the telephone number company) for over a year now in the telecoms business and is delighted to have announced that ttnc have won the outbound calls part of the contract. They will offer the support, technology and billing systems for the 118trades business”
Mark Bulcher, CEO of ttnc said “we’re really pleased to win this contract for 118trades. We have a growing portfolio of business customers and the 118 contract will be one of the largest for us. We already work very closely with 118telecom, and hope to be able to work with 118mobile in one capacity or another in due course”
