Creature Comfort & Care, LLC and its owners are members of NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters), fully insured and bonded, and certified by the American Red Cross in Animal CPR and First Aid. It is owned and managed by three avid animal lovers: Kim Mann, Kristi Strang, and Katrina Northrop. Kim Mann has worked with and owned animals for over 30 years. She grew up with dogs, cats, ferrets, various rodents, rabbits and parakeets. She has also taken in several rescued animals including dogs, cats and ferrets and is currently owned by two rescued cats. Kristi Strang has had animals for over 30 years. She has experience with dogs, cats, and small animals including mice and hamsters. She currently has several rescued animals in her home. Katrina Northrop has over twenty years of experience with animals and has personally owned cats, dogs, and horses.
